My outdoor temp transmitter seems to have quit working the RED light will come appear with new batteries. Can I order a replacement

After replacing the transmitter batteries several times, I tried replacing the clock batteries. They must have been getting low. Once I put in new batteries in the clock it worked fine. Good Luck.

if you've already cleaned the contacts and replaced the battery, your transmitter unit needs to be replaced. You can purchase a new one through the link below. If your clock's model number isn't listed, use the "Contact us" link at the top of the page.

Take the batteries out of both units. Wait about 5 minutes. Put the batteries in the clock and then put the ones in the remote sensor. You have to do this within 3 minutes. That should reset everything.

Make sure the battery contcts are clean of any corrosion.
