Why are you asking this on the Fixya website? Just call your Centrelink provider and discuss with them.

If you think you have a valid insurance claim that was not attended to promptly and have been unfairly dealt with, you can always contact the state insurance department and file a written complaint for their investigation /resolution.

I have some bad news for you. The media sensor is faulty. This sensor is not sold seperatly. The entire pen carrage (head) has to be replaced at quite a cost.
