Hey. I am not sure if its safe for pregnant women to use cipla actin, but I would advise you to not take any substances while pregnant, because you're organism is very sensitive now, and everything is going to reflect on your baby. Pregnancy is a very tough period for any woman, and a lot of different strange things may happen. For example, my wife has some hiccups in pregnancy, and we don't know why this is happening. The female organism is very complicated, and it's better to not take any substances.

NO and NO again!!
A pregnant woman needs to take a MultiVitamin with Iron and Folic Acid-not Cyproheptadine. This is an anti serotonin agent that has no particular use in pregnancy. Side effects are drowsiness and sedation along with disturbed coordination, dizziness, restlessness and excitation.

SOURCE: my wife is pregnant and

This is an extremely common side effect of pregnancy. During pregnancy you have a few reasons for this:
1) Increase in progesterone, decreases the contractility of smooth muscle. Smooth muscle is what makes up the bulk of your Gastrointestinal Tract. This decreased contractility will lead to nausea, constipation and sometimes cramping.
2) Increase in abdominal size will lead to pressure on the GI tract especially the stomache causing heart burn and slowed emptying of the stomache.

Good Luck! I hope this helped!

SOURCE: I heard from a friend that it is not safe to handle cat litter when pregnant. Is this true?

This statement is partially true. Pregnant women can safely handle unused cat litter; however used cat litter should be avoided. Cat ***** has been known to transmit a disease known as toxoplasmosis; which can seriously harm an unborn baby.

SOURCE: Will the result of my pregnancy test change after time? If it was positive and then fades, does that mean that I am not pregnant?

The results are stained onto the test, so even though they may fade a little over time, the results will stay as they are. If you got a positive pregnancy test result - then you are pregnant.

Can you tell if you are having a boy or girl using a home pregnancy kit? I heard something about it but it doesnt sound right.

No, you cannot tell the gender of a baby using a home pregnancy test. They test for the presence of the HCG hormone and can give a yes or no answer as to whether the woman is pregnant. There are some new gender kits on the market that claim to tell the gender of the baby about 10 weeks after conception but that's not the same as a pregnancy test.

I am pregnant. Can I continue to use my electric massage chair or is it not safe?

First I would recommend talking with a doctor. Overall, there shouldn't be a problem with it. Many studies indicate that the use of a massage chair during pregnancy can be helpful. Massage chairs are very good tolls for relieving stress and easing back pain. They can help to alleviate a lot of the discomfort you are feeling from being pregnant.

Pregnancy

What do you mean by "you haven't got it". When is your period due?

I'm afraid you can't really go by "signs", as every woman is different. Some have typical symptoms and others have none. The best way to find out if you may be pregnant is to obviously take a pregnancy test. You can take an early detection pregnancy test such as First Response.
