By "SARS" do you mean the South African Revenue Service? If so, you can do what I did, use my favorite search engine and enter SARS as the search term. I used Google. Other popular search engines are Bing, Yahoo, and DuckDuckGo.

If you are talking about tax returns you filed in the past you can call the IRS or find a tax professional. They can get copies of past returns. If you are referring to something else you need to be more specific.
