2007 LS 170 NEW HOLLAND skid STEER , Has hydraulic bucket latch sitting on the seat the right side does not latch, does n't travel

Sounds like the hydraulic system has air trapped in it.

just guessing
pull the plugs and cylinders check for coolant

head gasket blown at water jacket coolant in the cylinders
water wont compress


cant find its repair manual online

Faulty valve in your hydraulic line or faulty motors. More likely a valve tho. Check output pressure from joystick

Martin, you may have to bleed the fuel system. You can also try google search your make,model and the problem experienced.

Hi Joseph:
Usually hydraulic components will "self clear" any air in the system just by trying to cycle through the functions a few times.
Have to ask the question............
Did you remove and replace the hoses one at a time, or did you take them all off at the same time?
The reason I ask is............ Could there be a remote possibility that any of the hose onnection locations were switched?

on the bottom of the fluid tank. Some have a protection plate under tank and in that case there will be a hole cut to allow access to the plug

You most likely have a defective hydraulic control valve, I would start the testing there.

Check the solenoid down at the control valve, it locks out the hydraulics with a seat belt/seat switch. Check the wiring and connectors on the way down to the solenoid for damage. Remove the solenoid and see if the pin is broke off and stuck in the valve.
