You could factory reset the tablet by turning it of then while holding the power button press the volume up and you will be brought to a menu to factory reset it. It will ask you if you are sure and you can confirm. KEEP IN MIND FACTORY RESETING IT WILL DELETE EVERYTHING ON IT.
got to setting in the menu at the home screen. then go to sd and phone storage. go then to the bottom of the menu and hit reset factory data and it will take u thru the set up !!!
Try Performing A Master Reset and Master Clear from the security menu on the phone. it will erase all the imformation on the phone and restore it to factory. hopefully that helps the problem if its a software issue.
Irecently had comcast email and changed to att email and would lke all my old email imformation changed over to my new one att, how do I go about doing that? I have important imformation that I need to keep. Freddiemumford
