SOURCE: machine bobin mechanism has "slipped" and no
The bobin position for operation is usually set such that the opening on the bobin is the part which faces upwards so that when the needle goes down it goes right into the opening and gets the thread piched up out of the bobin. Aligning it back should be done systematically by getting the needle to come down slowly and almost touch the bobin then you know exactly where it should go in to determine where the bobin should be fitted to exactly.
