The oven has had 24hrs to cool down & the oven door is still locked. How do I release it

Not sure the make or model that you have but with a GE Profile, I have had success by turning off the circuit breaker for 30 seconds to a minute. The oven then resets itself and releases the door lock.

Is there a reset button or internal circuit breaker on sears refridgerator model # 795,7830

Hello;

My name is Peter. I am a retired field service refrigeration technician.

There is not internal circuit breaker or fuse in a refrigerator.
Component failure acts as the fuse.

There is a reset button on the control panel of your refrigerator.
It is a small black button. Located near where the part number is shown on the board. This is rarely the solution to a problem.

You may try to unplug your refrigerator for 30 minutes and reboot your refrigerator.

In your owners manual, it is recommended to install a surge protector. They are a good investment for $20-25.00. Static electricity, the slightest change in voltage and a magnetic field will knock out a electrical control board.

If you elect to press the control board reset button make sure you ground yourself by rubbing your hands on something that is steel.

My wildgame camera model S4 will not power back up, I've changed the batteries twice and checked them with a volt meter to make sure they are good. I've only had the camera for 1yr.

1) memory card slot/batter covert is open
2)batteries are loades in the wrong direction
3) insufficiente battery voltage
4) poor contact between camera and battery terminal
5) swtich is fault, measure continuity.
God bless you

Replaced my GE double wide refrigerator SMARTWATER FILTER #GWF With a which is supposed to be better. Yet, the water stream has cut down to half. Do I need the adapter collar for this newer model? ...

I have exactly the same problem. Replaced my GWF filter with the "new improved" MWF filter and the same thing happened. Tried replacing the filter not once, but twice - same low water flow. If you install the bypass plug the water flow is normal, so don't bother checking for water restrictions, bad hoses, tanks etc.. My refridgerator is a GE Profile 26 cubic foot purchased in 2004. I'm afraid these MWF filters don't work well in older models.

Refridgerator & freezer not cooling much, ice crystals on inside of freezer

Need you to unplug and remove the back panel in freezer to examine the evaporator coil. Check the defrost element and the defrost thermostat. On the back of the refrigerator is a main control board located behind a panel screwed to the refrigerator back. With the power off through all of this I need you to inspect the control board for burn marks on both sides. Click on link below and enter your model or 1 of 34 models like yours. Place model GSH25JFR in model parts search this will lead you to the many similar models like yours. On diagrams on left of your screen count eight down that shows the circuit board. If no burn marks I will tell you how to test the other parts I mentioned,
Thanks, Sea Breeze

GE Monogram Built-in Refrigerator Side keeps freezing

Sounds like a faulty thermostat. Try replacing it with a known good one and retest.
