Well i would advice not to use itunes to upload music onto your player unless its an ipod

have you tried manually putting the music files in the player
(my computer, clicking on device and dragging music files)

or maybe there is a specific folder in which you must put your music
just do a search on your computer and the files that work put your music in that folder

hope it helps, dont forget to vote

When I switch on & tune my MP3 player , it shows message " File System Error". The device is not working properly and unable play the stored MP3 songs.

the mp3 file has become currupt, simply plug back into computer, then format the player, you need to tell it to format in default!!

once formatted, remove the battery, put back in then put back in computer, then just put your desired songs on, this should sort out the problem!!

When i put songs on it and unplug it and try to look at the song list the songs are not there

Hello

Ok, the most common problem usually is that the songs you added is not in the correct format for the player to recognize. Hence, the player will show that thee is space used, but it will not show any files/songs.

Your device supports the following file formats. ATRAC / MP3. If the songs you put on the player is not in this format, it will not work. Hence, you will need to convert the files before transferring it to your player.

Hope this can be of help.

Kind regards
Andrea

Digital mp3 player

the file you are trying to copy might not be an mp3 file. mp4 files, and i-tunes files will not open on an mp3 player, they only show up as data. quite simply, you need an audio converter.
