Go into SETTINGS, Then click into APPLE ID, ICloud etc. Select ICloud, scroll down to FIND MY IPHONE under "Apps Using ICloud". You can turn it on and off from there.

Simple get on a pc go to apple.com download iTunes the latest version... Open the app on your pc... Connect your USB cable and to your iPhone ... iTunes will detect it then it'll ask if you want to upgrade to firmware 3.0 then upgrade ..
