Connect it to computer and power source and then right click anywhere on desktop. choose display settings. May need to scroll down in your display settings, but windows 10 will automatically detect additional displays from that screen. Then you can choose extend or duplicate and choose primary and resolution.

Touch system not working NEC multisync 1550v

You have to install the nec driver for this monitor. I have the same monitor. Im looking for the driver now. There are 2 versions of this monitor with the same model # . You will need to find the driver to the touchscreen model.
