This might be overheating of the computer. Take all net current cables out the socket and make sure you have a magnetic discharge security band. Then open the case of the computer and carefully remove all dust. Check if the cooling fan is still running at speed.

Sounds like multiple things, and because of the cost of parts, it is best to call a service engineer. The standard fix would be to replace the thermostat or thermistor sensor. The fact the display has failed is likely to require a new control board and display as well, but one may be causing the other.

Common solutions for: U-Line Refrigerator freezing food. The temperature control thermostat directs voltage to the compressor, evaporator fan motor, and condenser fan motor (if applicable). ... If the thermistor is defective, the compressor and evaporator fan may run too frequently.

  1. The computer is freezing though the component parts are designed to withstand motion picture malfunctions known as freezing. Computers with enormous hard disk spaces to contain several user programs are least likely expected to experience freezing conditions. Also, computers with improved graphics, sound media, video hardware components least should experience multimedia malfunctions. Freezing occurrences on computers have several causes discussable.

Usually a functioning computer requires components mentionable as hardware's that are the visible aspects, and software's that may have been installed to take a visual display format. A functioning computer would usually have the software's integrated into the hardware's from the manufactures facility. For example, acquiring a computer from retail would be in functioning mode with every component parts intact as default built for the user. However, once a functioning computer begins to malfunction would be due to either hardware component or software components. The conditions that could make computers freeze are conditional. First, freezing malfunctions are caused by software overloads resulting in a hardware overburdenment. For example, the computer would have been installed with programs at the manufacturer as operating systems that make functionalities possible. Once the computer was turned on prior to the user interactions, what is displayed is the operating systems usually a manufactures default feature. However, the computer is provided with spaces as an expectation for the user to achieve experiences several mentionable. P1 code displayed in LED

Condenser coils do not freeze, it is the evaporator coils that freeze. If it is icing up then the setting is too low for the area it is in, basically the humidistat will never be satisfied so it will run continually and end up freezing the evap coils, the coils could also freeze if the filter is dirty or there is an air flow problem.
