SOURCE: CRG9700 - OVEN TEMPERATURE BIG FLUCTUATIONS
biggest issue with any gas oven is a faulty ignitor, not maintaining oven temp, too long to preheat, taking too long to cook, possible slight gas smell during operation, all signs of a bad ( or going bad) ignitor

Thanks for providing the full model number, which allows us to look up part numbers and see exploded views of your product.
Most likely the bake ignitor is bad (even if it still glows, it may not draw enough amperage to allow the gas safety valve to open). One way you can test this on your model is to swap out the broil ignitor for the bake ignitor, as they are the same part number on your model. (part number WB13T10045) The broiler is normally used much less than the oven, so the part does not fail very often on the broiler. You will have to take the cover off the floor of the oven, then the flame spreader, to reach the burner area. The ignitor is the rectangular part at the back, on the side of the burner. (only two wires to deal with) (By the way, for future reference, your model number ends is SS, as in stainless steel, not a 55)

most common issue wsith these gas wall ovens is faulty ignitors, i would reccomnd replaing the ignitor(s). that being said i wouuld also reccomned a servicer with experience on this model for they can be a more tricky then ohter ranges out there, and the possiblity of "shorting out" adddiont al parts is higher on this model! and no one is currently producing a double self cleaning, full sized gas wall oven, so id hate to see you ruin this one!!!

It is possible that the
thermostat on your oven needs calibration. However, major errors in
temperature may be the result of a bad heating element or a door that doesn't close or seal properly, etc. Confirm
that the oven is in otherwise good operating condition before attempting
calibration.
Most thermostats have a calibration screw located under the knob. Try pulling
the knob off and look at the shaft. Some shafts have a small screw located
in the center. Rotating this screw will change the trip point at which the
thermostat will turn on and off. This is determined by the sensor located
inside the oven itself. Some other schemes allow for the entire control
to rotate with respect to the scale. You will need to identify the type
used on your oven.
Let me know if this helps.

Hi, It sounds like the ignitor has gone bad. Remove the floor panel in the oven and locate the ignitor fastened to the burner. There should be 120V going to the ignitor harness.
If you have voltage but no ignition, change the ignitor.
I hope this helps you. Please let me know if I can assist you further.
