If the rechargeable battery is more than 3 - 4 years old then the battery could be worn out. Rechargeable batteries have a finite number of charge and discharge cycles and will lose their charge capacity over time, i.e. won't charge to 100% and gradually the charge reduces until the battery won't charge up at all. OR The battery shows a 100% charge but when the adapter is disconnected the battery drops off to zero capacity in a very short time. If the battery drops to an unacceptable charge level then the battery needs to be replaced.
first of all let me ask how old is the battery, if it`s new-discharge the battery until pc shuts down itself because of low battery, remove the battery , unplug AC charger from laptop, wait for 5 minutes, then hold power button for 5 full seconds, wait another 5 minutes, then put battery and ac charger on , don`t turn on laptop yet, wait until battery indicator shows that battery fully charged, then remove AC charger, and turn on laptop.
P.S. you can try this on old battery too, but usually worthless, because old batteries are not recognizable by system currectly ..
Take your SIM card out. Make sure your phone battery is fully charged. Press* 3 sendat the same time and turn the phone on. Keep them pressed until the reset screen appears.
Give it time to reset.
Yes! I know. You need someone to press the ON button.
hi there i have had a nokia 8800 since the week it was released in the uk 2006 it is by far the best looking handset i have ever owned but i battle daily with it switching it's self off as it thinks it has low battery. from this this phone with a good battery fully charged expect no more than 24hrs standby and 35mins talktime on a good day
some may be due to low battery power or due to software problem...while charging stop once the charge gets full,...dont overcharge the battery,,,,,,the battery life gets reduced
