Question about Cell Phones
Hello, Zola -
You will need to ask a relative or friend if you can borrow their phone to call your telephone service provider and speak with someone in technical service support.
By the way, your question landed in the Fixya.com category of Television & Video. I took the liberty of re-categorizing your question to Cell Phones.

Maybe you should go to your network provider and they will check what's with your number. Also, maybe your phone works not properly.

It really depends on who your carrier is. I have tmobile. I can get on tzones, but I can't download anything to my phone because tmobile does not recoginze it has a supported device. I can receive pic, but not send. You can call your carrier and get the message settings and see if that will work. It might not though, I was told that some of these phones from China were made for that market and just will not work in the US. I just depends.
