If your Luminara candles dont light try reseting the timer. To reset the timer, push the power button to "OFF" setting and then push button two times at the desired start time. Candle may be used with Luminara remote control. When the Luminara candle is switched to the ON position, you are able to turn the candle OFF/ON with the Remote.
I had an outfit that the wires were too short and if there is enough length cut the wire and get a longer piece of wire. and solder it together. taping the open wire.
I had one I took the connector that goes on the battery and fastened on a longer wire and soldered them together. Only do this if you understand what you are doing.
Most remotes have a small "slide out" section on the rear, which one uses a fingernail to eject. Then inside will be the battery. Not which side is + and - and the battery type. If battery has corroded or left whits residue - a knowledgeable person needs to review & assist.
Were they part of a set with a remote control? If so, you will need to move it away from the others and aim the remote only at it until you can "sync" it with the others. If no remote, the bulb might have come loose in shipping. Depends on the style as to whether or not you can tighten it.

hand... be careful not to knock over the candle... if this works replace your
