My AWA HD TV that I use as a monitor for my pc will not turn on. standby light just flashes red. Do you have any idea what is wrong and where i could go in Maryborough Queensland to have it fixed?

SOURCE: Power light blinking red

The tv is NOT in standby mode... it does not have a standby mode !!! But what is happening is.. your tv is getting lamp errors. this can be caused by voltage drops and spikes while the tv is on... and a factory reset can correct this. OR it can be one of two problems.. Bad Power supply or defective lcd panel.

numder of flasing indicate error code . so i need how many flash you can see when power on the tv using front power butten then i will suggest the solution

Take it down from its mount and try to restart it if this resolves the issue your mount is too tight on the back of the lcd monitor.. This happend to me as well good luck with your BRAVIA
