IT IS A MAYTAG MODLE #MGR5750BDQ
To convert this range to LP, you do not need to replace the orifices. The range comes with universal (double coaxial) orifices. You need to convert the pressure regulator; the procedure depends on the range. Then screw down the burner orifice hoods down to the pins. Do not over-tighten or you wil risk damaging the orifice. Then adjust the burner air shutter. For the oven burner, look behind the burner cover. It's shown on as part 25 on the oven/base diagram here: https://www.searspartsdirect.com/model-number/MGR5750BDQ/3048/0124002.html . You can find the range bake and broiler burners shown on the gas controls diagram.
The instructions for converting the Maytag MGR5750BDQ from natural gas to liquid propane (NG to LP) is shown in the installation instructions for the range, starting on page 10. Maytag has the documentation on their support page: . The current link to the manual is https://www.maytag.com/content/dam/global/documents/201103/installation-instructions-8101P404-60.pdf .
I hope this helps.
