It depends whether you're speaking of finding water inside or outside the unit.
There is a tray underneath the refrigerator; where all the motors, wiring, and piping are located. The tray is there to collect condensation. If there's moisture in it, it's doing it's job. The more humidity in the air (in the house/outside), the more likely to have a small amount of moisture in the tray. Having said that, it's quite likely the tray is usually dry, (especially in less humid conditions) as the collected condensate usually evaporates with the help of the fan located in the same area.
If it is indeed inside the unit, then yes, the condensate drain tube is blocked. The top of the tube is normally inside the refrigerator, just below the freezer portion. Not always easy to get at but if you can, buy a can of compressed air and give it a good blowing out. That may dislodge the blockage.
One more option is that the temperature setting is too cold, causing things to freeze and then thaw inside the fridge. Everything will drip to the bottom. Most simply, maybe something was spilled inside?

I expect the outlet drain is blocked. Look in the back of the fridge under the cooling elemnt for a small hole and see if you can clear it with a pipe cleaner.

SOURCE: my frig is leaking water & bottom tray is full

you need to change the filter on the bottom of the refrigerator, take off the outside cover on bottom of fridge and on the left hand side right above the tray that keeps filling up there is a round filter that unscrews. unscrew it and replace the filter. You can get the filters at Lowes or Home Depot for about 20 bucks, hope this helps.

SOURCE: water is leaking through the tray & out of the

Your tank should have a little o-ring seal that can be easily replaced. It's possible that is came loose when you removed the tank.

SOURCE: bottom freezer is leaking water. Water seems to

You have a clogged defrost drain. The problem is fixed by unplugging unit from wall, open both doors, blow fan for 24 hours to SAFELY remove the ice covering the drain hole. If you use ANY other method, you may regret it. Once ice is melted, remove debris that is likely blocking the small drain hole, if no debris in drain pan, direct some high pressure air down the drain to block the debris INSIDE the tubing. Furthermore, its a good idea to make the drain hole in the drain pan larger, as sometimes a bubble of water can freeze in the drain hole, and ice could be the cause of your blockage from that bubble.

Ice maker overfills the ice tray, ejecting large block of ice instead of individual cubes.

What is your model number? Sounds like you may need a new icemaker. Sometimes when the icemaker motor goes bad it causes the icemaker to keep filling even though it hasn't kicked out the ice in there. Also, are you sure there isn't 2 valves on the refrigerator?

Hi my auto ice maker is over filling the ice tray and spilling water into the ice holder so it will not come out as the spinning thing in the holder is frozen solid

The ice maker has a timer in it so that a solenoid valve will open only about 7 seconds or so and then close again letting just enough water to go into the tray. What you want to check is the solenoid at the back of the fridge around the bottom part where the water supply is connected. Lot of times it may have an internal leak were even if the valve is closed it is still leaking water into the hose that supply water to the tray. This would cause the tray to continually receive water overflowing it.

It won't turn on and F1 is flashing

There is a leaking from the top lid causing your bottom tray wet. Need to pull out the tube to dry out the bottom tray by putting in the small tower to soak it dry. Need to unplug power cord for 24 hour to have sensor dry out. However if you don't fix the leak, as soon as it run, water leak coming down to the bottom tray will activate the wet sensor then the same problem is happening again.

Freezer leaking water

My Whirlpool has been filling the bottom under the crispers with water and leaking out the vents (?) from the freezer down into the fridge compartment. I finally caught it today being rather loud, probably in a defrost cycle, and it was positively POURING in the fridge. After some more research on this site I removed the freezer bottom tray (1/4" ratchet needed) and found a layer of 1/2" thick ice under the tray. My guess is the drain hole iced up. Removed all the ice from under the tray and on the metal drain run in the back (danger, seemed sharp) and put it all back together. I didn't try to pour hot water down the drain yet, thinking positive thoughts that the drain itself isn't iced all the way to the tray near the floor. Will watch it carefully.

General Humidifier Model 1042-L leaking water

Check the bottom of drain tube (tube connected to the bottom center of the bottom tray). Does water freely flow out the tube when the humdifier water feed is on?

If there is no flow from the tube and water is leaking from the bottom tray when the humidifier water feed is on then the tube or bottom tray is clogged with hardwater minerals or other material.

If the unit has not been used in a while it's possible a spider has take up residence by spinning a web in the bottom tray or tube.

The last poissible reason is the tray is cracked. You may order the tray from multiple sources on the web. Simply shop for model and price.

I have a General Humidifier Model 1042-L that is leaking water out of the bottom pan. How do I fix this?

Check the bottom of the drain tube (tube connected to the bottom center of the bottom tray). Does water freely flow out the bottom end of the tube when the humdifier water feed is on?

If there is no flow from the tube and water is leaking from the bottom tray when the humidifier water feed is on then the tube or bottom tray may be clogged with hardwater minerals or other material.

Also, if the humidifier has not been used in a long while it's possible a spider has take up residence by spinning a web in the bottom tray or tube. Tell the spider to find a new home.

Another possible reason is the tray is cracked. You may order the tray from multiple sources on the web. Simply shop for model and price.

And lastly, is the unit installed properly, parallel to the ground? If tilted, water flowing through the unit may catch the sides and flow out where it should not.

Bunn coffee maker leaks water

There are 3 seals in your unit that could cause your problem. there is a silicon seal right under the pour-in tray, and two on the top of the tank. one of those is for the thermostat, the other is for the sprayhead tube. any of these could leak, causing water to come out the bottom of the brewer. One other thing that can cause this is a scale buildup between the pour-in tray and the tank.

Bunn Coffee maker

your problem is caused by the pour-in tray leaking where it mounts to the tank. There should be 2 screws under the pour-in lid, and a third toward the rear of the brewer. if you take them out & lift up carefully, you can see the pour-in tray. in the bottom of the tray, there is a bolt that mounts the tray to the tank. If you remove that, you can lift the pour-in tray out. Be careful, as these trays get brittle over time, and are prone to cracking.
