doug then you could have received a bad battery or you have a charger problem or a charger circuit problem. If the chair comes on then the wiring is ok. when you plug the charger in do you have a green light and a yellow light on the charger? (when fully charged the light goes from yellow to green indicating full charge) If when you plug the charger in and you have a red and green light then there is a problem with the charging citcuit. I would contact your provider where you got the chair to have them check it out for you Hope this helps

The two batteries are located between the front wheels. Below is the manual for your wheelchair and the directions to replace the batteries can be found on Page 37.

You can reset or clear the code by turning the chair off and back on. If the error remains you can use a dealer hand held programmer to read and determine the fault code. Then you can begin to fix the problem.
