Possible there is damage to the pad or the base board. Unless this is opened and cleaned the board damage cannot be confirmed. Also use a hair dryer to warm off any moisture that can cause this malfunction
The board may have become defective Try leave it out to dry in just above room temperature for a week if the keyboard still continues to fail the board will need replacing.
I have Modle # W2306C LCD TV Display ...lost remote... w/screen displaying the message "main menu is loccked" . None of the side buttons work {i.e. channel, vlolume, etc..} except the "on-off" button.What the hell??? HELP!!!
I'm having the same problem. My screen is blue with a red lock in the
bottom left hand corner. None of the buttons work except the on/off
button on the television.
pressed a bunch of butons on the tv and the remote
means first of all it is due to that buttons as they might be loose fron inside or broken contact.
if remote & tv buttons ok check for sound section in tv.
if you are not tech person get tech help
it is a simple job.
