Can't get my Proform 595LE thru bedroom doorway that's 27 wide. There's a wall next to the doorway preventing me from turning it. Can it be partially dismantled without messing with the electronics?

If it's the terminology you're unsure of, then the answer is yes the unit can be mounted through a wall or through a window. But you would have to have a suitable opening through the wall to mount it in. I'm not sure why it won't work in your window, but it might be easier to change the window than to create another opening in the wall. Or, as millionaires pointed out, you could put a portable unit that just sits on the floor, with big flexible air ducts to the window.

If the outlet is not being used, there should not be any current going thru it. To remove the outlet from the circuit completely, just turn off the breaker, unscrew the wires from the outlet, and join the wires of the same color using wire nuts.
