How do i explain to my boss im being mistreted by my manager

this is a problem for senior management or HR to solve
It could be a company culture or a person who needs better management skills
unfortunately people who behave like this are not capable of change so be prepared after talking with senior management that one of you will be asked to leave
Make sure that it is not you by having facts , time , place and witnesses to your arguments or other people who he treats the same

No need to go into panic mode. Since you work in an electronics repair shop- I'm sure they have repair manuals for LCDs. Review and apply the troubleshooting steps required to diagnose the problem you presented to this forum. In absence of any manuals, call the manufacturer's tech support hotline for repairmen or technician's- they'll guide you in repairing the problem. And certainly there is no shame in going to your boss and explaining your inability to fix the problem; after all you are still in training and no one would or should expect you to be ready to handle every problem that's put on your work bench.
This is all part of the learning curve- you'll gain the admiration and respect of your co-workers and boss for doing so. Don't try to bluff your way around it; who knows, this may also be a test of character and honesty.

If this is happening to all the discs you insert then you are having a problem with the laser lens. If the lens is faulty then you wont have any success. Replace the unit or if you want to really invest in the repair then go ahead and do so but im personally not to crazy about boss car audio equipment, quality is poor and chances are that it will happen again. there should be a wire they wanted you to hook to the parking brake as a safety feature so you cant drive and watch tv. but you can just take that wire and ground it to your black ground wire on your radio that should give you your pic

I believe all the 1997 VW's reset to 0 after 300k. I had a 1997 diesel jetta that did the same thing.
