Can you remove the rechargible batteries ? To try and reset them ? Or maybe replace them ? It sounds like the batteries have gone bad and not charging

I have a Sennheiser HD 120 headphone set and can't get any sound out of any channel. Any suggestions? I don't have a manual and probably that is the place to start. Not finding one on-line yet. Thanks...

I had the same problem.... all i did was turn the plug in upside down where it goes into the wall outlet... Works great now!

Twist the pad counterclockwise on the left earpice. You'll find the batteries underneath.
