Likely bent accelerator wire link. Check the linkage on the up-down for bent or disconnected. Possibly not likely bent hydraulic line.

SOURCE: My 93 dodge w250 5.9

Great engines using Bosch injection. This should be physically inspected for anything that may be missed but it really sounds like you have an internal leak in the pump causing excess fuel to be delivered to the injectors. If this is the case, the pump can be rebuilt but only by someone qualified with these. If you need removal instructions, let me know. Air leaks will not cause this on a diesel engine.

Why is the idle too high after taking off the plenum?

Sounds like there's a leak between the plenum and lower intake. Try spraying starting fluid around the base of the plenum while it's running. If the idle changes you have a leak.

Why does my miller bobcat welder generator not stay at an idle when swithed to low idle, insted it goes back and forth to high then to low idle?

The unit may need recalibrating the idle/run setting. Instructions found in manual at 8-6 (subaru engine) and 9-5 (kohler). Idle speed around 2200rpm. Simple screw adjustment. PDF manual here :- http://www.millerwelds.com/om/o4434l_mil.pdf

Were is the fuse box on a 773 bobcat skid steer

After looking and looking, opening every bolt on the floor of our Bobcat 773F skid steer......it absolutely wasn't there. Finally found it, opened the engine compartment door in back. There it was on the lower right side. The fuse chart is posted on the lower part of the door. Don't know if because this is a 773F model that the fuse box location is different from a 773.

Bobcat 225, machine is idling way to high and will not idle back or shut down when switched to off position. Could this be the soleniod on top of motor connected to throttlelinkage?

It could be and the governor sticking to wide open throttle, try the linkage at the full fuel position with the engine off and see if it sticks when in full fuel mode, there could also be an intake leak but would not cause it to run with the switch off that is a different problem. let me know if you need more help.

How do you change the 4x4 flluid on a 99 silverado

You should have two plugs on the back of the unit (in most cases)
One is higher than the other.(usually they are about 1" in size) High one is fill...remove that one first (if you can't remove it then you can't refill it, so don't remove the lower one) Once fill is free, remove the drain, wait till fluid stops running then replace drain plug and fill till fluid just seeps from the lower edge of the hole (on level ground) Replace the fill nut and you are done!
