Question about Electric Kitchen Appliances - Others
Take the pan to any appliance repair shop and they should have a plug with the controls in it
basically there are only 2 types
one with 2 round holes and the other with 2 rectangular looking holes

The best way to do this is to get confection thermostat that is made to attach to pan and will tell you actual temperature you are cooking at

I got the phone # 4 Toastmaster on line, called them. They said the pan was 2 old 2 have the plug in stock any more. I called a local repair man who said he could put a new cord in the present "plug". Has to solder & re-wire temp. plug.
