I just signed a new contract with Telkom I was told that my bill would be less this month since I started the new plan 9days into September and I will pay a pro rata cost in October for the new plan... I have now been charged the full price of my old plan and and being told I will still be charged pro rata for this month and next month on the new plan plus I will for the 9 days used on my old plan.. when I was trying to figure out how that is possible the agent hung up on me.
