You will need a special screwdriver and an electrical soldering iron and solder. You will find the tool and batteries at shaveroutlet.com. See links below
Disassembling the Norelco T800 is quite easy -- once you know what to do!
* Remove the single small Philips screw that you can see near the power connector
* Twist (hard) the cutter depth ring past 9 and it will come loose.
* Now remove both the ring and the guide piece that it moves up and down
* Now pry off the cutter head (black piece of plastic)
* Now remove the metal clip that you find under the head -- press down on the two free ends and pry the other end of the clip loose.
* Now release two plastic tabs that we under the rotating ring.
* Now I just pried the two parts apart by inserting a small screwdriver and twisting. I'm not sure if there are any more tabs that can be released at this point.
* Now you can remove the circuit board (which is held in my a couple of plastic tabs).
Now you can replace the *single* NICD 600maH battery (AA size). The longest bit of this step was heating up the soldering iron!
