Clear all your cookies and temp Internet files may help. But may sure you don't rely on them such as automatic login features or online status for some projects or work done for some web sites. Sometimes those app will use cookies or components they stored on your computer to recognize you. But those cookies or components may get corrupted. If you know what cookies and components did those app installed on your computer, you can delete them from those folders and download it again when the app restarts.
To find those cookies and components, click on Tools menu of your IE if you are using it, then choose Options, on the General tab, you can see the Delete button and the Settings button under Browsing History. To see where the cookies files and components are stored, click on the Settings button of the Browsing History section. On the page opened, view files button will open the window to show you all the cookies and the view objects button will show you where the objects are. Cookies are safer to delete because they are basically text files. You can back up them if you like when you know where they are.
Hope that helps.

If you are having trouble logging into Facebook from your iPhone you should first check the login information through the web browser, which you can try either through Safari or on a computer.
The Facebook iPhone App has been designed to simply log in your information automatically once you have entered it, so that you do not have to actually enter your account information over and over again. If this information has been entered incorrectly it may cause trouble logging in automatically and you may just need to re-enter your account information so that automatic log in can continue.
Though most iPhone apps have their own app-specific settings in the iPhone Settings area, none of the settings for the social networking iPhone apps have anything that would give you trouble logging into them. If you believe that you are having trouble logging into social networking iPhone apps because of the lack of available Push Notifications then you should check the settings for each individual app as this is likely the source of the issue, and not a problem with logging in.
