SOURCE: Matrix 5000 ups does not switch over to ac Supply.

Forgive me if you checked this already but make sure that the outlet is live by plugging something else in it. Some outlets can be turned off by light switches.

Once you are certian the outlet is hot then it may be a case of the outlet not delivering enough power. Depending on the UPS you may be able to correct this by decreasing the UPS' sensitivity level. This will prevent it from going to DC power when it detects low voltage from the outlet.

I recommend that you contact the manufacturer or search there website for further troubleshooting information.

I hope this helps.

SOURCE: can't find the dvd to

The Denon Owner's Manual offers some guidance on that.

http://usa.denon.com/us/downloads/pages/instructionmanual.aspx

Key it in, check the 'Search by Text'.

Page 9 lists the various control docks. They have manuals, too.

SOURCE: connect wii to Avr 1312 Denon

What you would have to do is connect the video output of the wii directly to the video input of the bug projector. Also connect the audio cables to it as well. Then connect an audio cable to the projector's audio out or otherwise labeled as "variable out" then connect the other end of that to the matching input terminal, found often labeled as "audio in" on the receiver's grouping of input selections for TV.
Then, on the projector, select the video mode you connected the wii cables to.

SOURCE: NO SOUND FROM 6 MONTH SHARP AQUOS 60" LCD CONNECTED TO DENON AVR 1312

Check to make sure that when you are on that input that HDMI shows up in the front display. If it does not, then you need to turnit on. If it still does not, you could have a problem with your HDMI board on your receiver not recognising the signal.

My Denon 1312 AVR receiver doesn't switch on

Thist could be due to a short in the amplifier or in the power supply. You can try the following: disconnect all speakers and components. Then see if the unit powers up. If it does, turn it off, connect one item at a time until the unit fails to come on. That may identify the bad component.

However, it the unit never powers up when it is devoid of speakers and components, repair is going to be more tedious, possibly cost prohibitive. https://www.justanswer.com/home-theater-stereo/8uupb-hi-denon-avr-1312-receiver-just-stop-working-suddenly-check-chassi.html

Can't get the tv sound to come through the surround receiver

This question does beg for more details. For instance, some HDTVs have an optical out which can be hooked into the Denon. This works great when the unit doesn't have HDMI I/O. I have one such Denon unit [1312] which I bought for that exact purpose. It's all I could afford, and it works. You do have to have the rcvr set on TV or whatever the optical in goes to.
Or, some people have a newer Denon and setup their RCVR to switch and only one TV input from the RCVR. then it's the cable box connection you need to check/switch to. it's not simple, but it's not that hard either. I you need more help you can PM me.

Denon 1312 makes clicking sound will not turn on

If the front display does not light up at all when the press the power button, it is usually either the main power fuse or the power transformer. If the fuse is blowing, that usually means a short in the amp section.

Denon 1312 receiver composite video inputs do not work.

I'm having the same problem with my Wii output. The manual for the Denon AVR-1312 says that analog video signals (i.e. component/composite outputs from the Wii) are not converted to digital video signals (i.e. HDMI output from the rcvr). I'm running only HDMI to a projector, so the video signal is essentially lost. The fix appears to be to run an additional composite cable all the way to the projector. Sounds like your fix is the same. No Wii tonight! :(
