Maybe the power source that goes into the deck itself has dissconected, but it is strange that niether would work...so im guessing the decks are fine...it might be your extension cable...or u have had a power surge, if that has happened...then you need to seek profesinal help...and unfortunally, your decks may have died. But check your plugs/extension cables...etc....it should be a basic problem, and easily fixable

My turntable doesn't rotate any more...

Hi, the transformer that supplies power to the motor has been fried by the 220v input and will need to be replaced. If you remove it and go to your local electronic parts supplier they should be able to sell you a replacement. Cheers John styluscity.com

My 1210 was working fine the other day, my daughter was playing around with it turning it on and off but nothing too harsh. I went to turn it on today and there is no power what so ever. How do I change...

Your turntable may be plugged in to a "switched" power outlet on your receiver/amplifier. If it is, your amplifier needs to be on for your turntable to get power.

Won't turn on, plug fuse changed but no power on. is there a fuse inside? many thanks chris

The most obvious cause is the power switch might have broken. Most turntables open from the bottom, so just go in and look!

My turntable does not go round I have bought a new denon rdm37cd amp and have bought a vivanco PA111 preamplifier but when i connect my turntable it will not work i have changed the fuse checked the belt...

If you would provide me the model number and brand that would be great! !However, try the below troublehooting steps and check whether it helps: 1. Connect the Power cord to a diferent working wall outlet. 2. If the Power cord is removable, try changing it. 3. Try changing the belt. 4. check whether any indicator turns ON. 5. Then, disconect the power cord for 1 minute and reconnect it again and check whether it helps.
If the issue still persists, service of the unit may require. Please contact the manufacturer..
Best of Luck....

No power when i turn on my mk3 turntable

Check the internal fuses. There are two. You have to strip the unit down to get to them.

This video will show you what's involved:

No Power to turntable

Why not try replacing the whole power chord with new one instead of just changing the fuse ( but you will have to splice the two wire lines at the end of your turntable console if not to resolder it, and be sure to properly mask it with an electrical tape to avoid electrical hazard/shock to anyone... ;-)

Stopped working

No! I meant trying another wall outlet. If you do not have a meter to check the power then try another plug. The motor will usually have some hum or noise if there is power to the motor. Steve

Suitcase Turntable stopped turning

Check the drive band- it may have come off the pulley. But if it is a new purchase then perhaps it should go back to the vendor
