Question about Radio Communications
SOURCE: Not sure if Jabra bluetooth headset or charger that not working
I had the same problem, called support, they told me battery is defective or too old and doesn't accept the charge. Battery in a headset is hardwired and can't be replaced, so the whole thing is trash :(

SOURCE: My Dell Inspiron 1150 PC Notebook Won't Turn On
Norm.. Suffice to say these are a problem. Is it a P35 Adapter? If so look for a replacement and retry. If this does not help Check the CMOS battery voltage as crazy as it may seem but the Dell adapters are a little more complicated than a standard 2 wire output adapter. They have a 19V Feeder or main supply, The Negative or Ground as some people/techs call it as well as a 3.3V data circuit thats related to the Embedded controller chipset, BIOS and other circuits on the board. Also see if you can find a friend local with a known good working battery/adapter if you cannot afford or dont want to spend money on it. If all else fails yell back weve repaired a ton of these and they should have been included in the 5150/5160 Dell Class settlement in my opinion as they have a ton of similar components/issues..
Good Luck! Ken

SOURCE: Won't turn on
Your Mainboard is faulty. I had an Eten M600 like that before and ended up it die totally. Eten had many problem with their board. If you still have warranty, contact them for a replacement. Nothing you can do about it since the board is failed to boost due to Power failure.

SOURCE: HOW TO INSTALL A MOTOROLA H550 BLUETOOTH HEADSET
Usually to pair a new device like that, there would be some trick to set it up. Im not familiar with your exact model, however ive had success with holding some buttons in.
Usually you would hold down the power button, or perhaps the volume up and down together, hold them down for a few secs and the light will go blue/red/blue/red to show its in pairing mode.

SOURCE: turn on the bluetooth
Turn the bluetooth car kit off, by pressing the MFB for some seconds. Now, press and hold the MFB until the blue and red leds blink simultaneously. Then, if your phone's bluetooth radio is off, turn it on, and make it search for other devices (check your phone's user manual for further details). When the Visor Drive is shown, select it to be paired, and if a pairing code is requested, enter '0000'.
Hope it works for you.
Cheers!

Start with the headset powered on. Press and hold down
the call control button while also rotating the multi function dial
upward (away from the light) until the indicator light on the headset
starts flashing red then green. When prompted for passkey, enter
0000.
For the Plantronics M1000 (discontinued):
Hit and hold the volume/mute switch in until the indication light starts blinking.
For the Plantronics M1500 & A500 adapter
(discontinued): Turn the headset on and the adapter off. On the headset
push in and hold the mute/volume dial until the indicator light begins
to flash. On the adapter press and hold the blue power button for 10
seconds. The light on the adapter will flash once after 3 seconds-
continue to hold the power button for another-7 seconds until the
light flashes red. If the pairing is successful, the headset will
sound a tone and both the headset and adapter lights will turn off.
For both the Plantronics M1000/M1500 (discontinued):
If you remove the battery cover from the headset and then remove the
battery itself. On the Green PC board itself there will be a letter
followed by 4 numbers. These 4 numbers are your personal PIN code.
