You buy a new LCD Monitors, now still not working., if that new LCD Monitor is OK, then check your VGA Card, its inside the CPU maybe its broke or not connect properly inside. This are the cause of not displaying in your LCD Monitors.
If you here some beeps of your CPU then find out how many beeps and tell us here immediately.
I understand, so the new LCD Monitors is not response or anything that is being attached to the computer. Here's some reason why its not display. #1 its has a light blinking on but no display, the problem you have a Primary Supply is OK but there is a Secondary Supply on to your LCD Monitors which is part on LCD Circuit Board. #2 Second thought, failure to Display with blinks is very rear to happen that LCD Monitors is the problem. #3 Conclusion, now the monitor is defective due to Secondary Output Current which is give appropriate wattage to display your LCD Monitor. #4 check that on your nearest Computer Center or Comp. Technician you have.
Hope this might help you. Good luck!
OK, you should prepare a Multi-Tester to test all the circuits on the LCD Monitor, if you do have this device test it and read only necessary parts inside. Turning Off & unplug LCD Monitor is necessary. Check and Read any Regulators & Resistors if there is a defective & good signal to give display on LCD Monitor. Patient of time is needed when your doing on this., but I tell you necessary to fix it with an Electronic or Computer Tech expert. Good luck!

In response to an attempt at helping (which I am grateful for) no there is no problem with my video card or bios or anything at all with the tower. This I know for a few reasons #1 I hooked the monitors to computers which had a monitor which I detached to check the ones I bought #2 I tried each monitor on all 4 of my previously and currently working computers with the same result with them all. Thank you for your attempt at helping though.
Im trying to fix them myself andy idea where to begin or how to do it?
