It sounds like you left out the spring in the hose.
There are about 10 different models of K330 with several types of guns. Go here and search until you find the correct gun so you can see the diagram. I think it will be hard to buy a replacement spring, though.

Karcher 395 motor does not stop running

if your machine was factory fitted with 'total stop system' TSS and has always stopped in the past then it is an issue with many possible parts !

does the machinw still operate at full pressure ?
if the machine can produce full pressure then it only has to produce 20 % more to actuate the TSS piston. When the stop piston moves it presses against an electrical switch tjat breaks the circuit. Producing 20% more pressure requires that your machine has no water leaks in the pump, hose, trigger gun or lance. Once you release the trigger the path back from the trigger to the pump TSS piston must be fully sealed.....

If you have a Karcher then you should always post your machines barcode.
The karcher barcode is on a silver sticker and is usually 15 digits long. Example 156987400000123 is actually model 1.569-874.0 and serial number 00123....

I installed a new grease cartridge in my grease gun and grease does not come out when triggered.

If the gun was working properly before you changed the cartridge, The gun is air-locked
Two things: 1. Make sure the bottom rod is pushed in. 2. Holding the gun by the handle on the top left of the gun, below the hose there is a little metal valve. Push that vent valve down and pull the trigger repeatedly until grease starts to come out.
If that doesn't work. Remove the grease hose, hold the vent valve down, pull the trigger a few times. Then release the valve and pull the trigger until grease comes out. Replace the hose.
And if that doesn't work. Sometimes when you put in a new cartridge the metal "washer" that actually pushes the grease up the cylinder will get caught at the bottom of the new cartridge. Make sure the washer will move freely into the cartridge.
That should do it!

Water leaking from spray gun

It depends on were the water is leaking from on the gun. If the water is leaking from were the high pressure hose goes into the gun it could be that on oring as been damaged. If the water is coming from the trigger you may need a new trigger gun.

If you tell me your model number (1.xxx-xxx.0) i can tell you the part number that you will need to give to your Karcher dealer/supplier to replace it.

Engine runs , not getting any water flow when trigger pressed.

Disconnect hoses.
Look for kink in water hose.
Check incoming water connection for filter washer
Replace filter washer
If you don't have a filter washer, put one in.
Hook up water, and turn on
Water should come out other side of pump.
Turn on machine.
Do you get pressured water out of pump.
If no pressure, then pump is suspect
Hook up washer hose without gun
Does pressure come out of washer hose
Finally, the gun trigger may be bad.

We had to buy guns now and then.
Search for pressure washer guns
Following link shows guns we used:

Why dose my Karcher K2.35 keep blowing the gun hose off?

There is a good chance you are missing the black plastic clip that holds the hose into the trigger gun. If you look at where the hose goes into the gun there should be a flat slot where a black plastic clip would slide in and keep the hose into the trigger gun.

I have an electric power washer k3.99M. I just replaced the pressure hose and now the washer will not turn on. If I remove the unit from the water hose, it works, but when I hook everything back up, it...

This sounds like the hose is plugged or the nozzle itself is plugged. If the water cannot get through, the washer senses that the trigger is off and will not turn on the pressure. First just attach the hose without the gun and nozzle. If it pumps water, you know the hose is OK. Then attach the hose and gun ant try it. If it still works then you know it is the nozzle.

Ex-Cell VR2500 Builds Pressure but Won't Spray

I have a similar problem and diagnosed it to be a problem with the gun. I spoke to a technician that services this pressure washer and he walked me through all the diagnostic steps. The pump is working because there is pressure being built up and the gun sort of works because you can get water out before the washer is started. The technician said that the mechanism inside the gun is either clogged or broken. I am going to Home Depot or Lowes to purchase a new gun and will try it tonight. Guns are only about $30-40. He said generic is fine as long as the thread matches and PSI is in range. Good luck!

No pressure HOSE IS BIG ENOUGH,NO KINKS, FILTER IS CLEAN. TOOK THE PUMP APART AND CHECKED ALL THE CHECKS, THEY WERE ALL OK.WHAT ELSE CAN I LOOK FOR? THE PUMP IS A KARCHER-MODEL G 1800 LB Thanks, Art

Brother Art,

Try this trick; it always works for me. Assemble the garden hose to the washer, install the HP hose, turn on the water. Now, make sure that there is no air trapped in the garden hose. Manipulate so as to direct any air trapped in the line to the washer. Connect the gun and continue to allow water to "free flow" for several minutes. Now, work the trigger, allowing the unit to rise to "house pressure, and then pull the trigger, dropping the pressure suddenly. This displaces any air hidden in the system. Do this several times, and start the washer up. If this doesn't get you up to pressure, repeat the above on an abbreviated scale, and hold the trigger on the gun down while you start the washer. This should do it.

No pressure

It is probably air locked....Here's what you need to do. Connect the garden hose, and HP hose, but not the gun. Turn on the water, and let it run while you make sure that there are no high points in the garden hose that can trap air....Work the hose so that any air is displaced through the pressure washer. Continue in this manner through the HP hose. Shut off the water and connect the gun. Turn the hose back on, and operate the gun for several minutes, pulling the trigger and releasing. This alternately allows the water pressure to build up on house pressure and then to depressure, pulling residual air from the system. Release the trigger, and start the machine. Usually, this is enough to get full washing pressure. If it is very difficult to start, you can hold the trigger down on the gun and pull the start cord at the same time. Holding the trigger down acts as an unloader, making the starting easier.
Hope that this helps, --W/D-- please feel free to rate this solution! Thanx!
