Sir/Mam,
Replace the developer. If that does not work replace the ATDC sensor located under the image unit/developer section. The sensor has a multi-color ribbon cable attached to it. If not that then the main control board is bad. If you can find one!!! Best bet would be to replace the developer and ensure you clear the counters for the developer and run the required F8 process after replacing the developer. DO NOT USE A VACCUM CLEANER to replace the developer because the static electricity from the vacuum cleaner can destroy the sensor. Also the copier uses the counters to adjust voltages for certain assemblies. So if you replace the developer and don't clear the counters then the machine will adjust voltages for a used drum or developer when in reality the developer or the drum are new. Causing image problems and codes.

First check the alignment front and rear of the finisher, check the finisher exit guide rollers if the paper is exiting properly, open both rear and the front cover and check the lower gears attach is the up/down drive belt. that lower gear one might be broken by the pin slot.

Since you did not include the Model number I will suggest the following:
This code means pretty much the same on all Konica/Minolta machines.
The ATDC or automatic toner density control has experianced a problem. Have you run the copier out of toner by chance?
You can try resetting this code to see if it comes back. If it keeps coming back then you are going to need the process unit serviced. Or depending on the model you can replace the "Imaging Unit" yourself.

C0F32, C0F33
Are PJ40, CN50, CN17, and PWBA
PJ15A connected properly? Connect them properly.
Is the CN50 connection dirty? Clean
Is “C0F32” or “C0F33” displayed
even when an I/C with the same T/
C as that of a new one has been
installed? Change the I/C with a new one
Is “C0F32” or “C0F33” displayed
even when an I/C with the same T/
C as that of a new one has been
installed and an F8 operation run?
(Be sure to record the ATDC control
voltage setting value if an F8 operation
is to be run.)
YES Change PWB-A, install the old I/C,
and return the ATDC control voltage
setting to the value recorded. If
“C0F32” or “C0F33” redisplayed,
change the I/C with a new one.
