SOURCE: PANASONIC HOMETHEATER SYSTEM TO PLASMA TV

Some where on the back, bottom or sides of your plasma tv you will find input jacks for the audio and video. You must know what type of inputs you want to use.
Most have have 4 types

HDMI (audio and video signal combined)
Component (red, blue, green RCA jacks for video only)
Composite (yellow RCA jack for video only)
S-video ( larger round black jack with video only)

The Panasonic should have all of those also. I am certain it has HDMI and Component.

Connect the HDMI cable into the output HDMI jack from the Panasonic into the HDMI input jack on the TV.

Then using your remote for the TV make sure you select the HDMI input for viewing.

If you use any of the other video outputs on the Panasonic just connect it to the same type of input jack on the TV. Once again check the owners manual for more detailed instruction if you need them.

You must always be sure to have the proper input selected on the TV to be able to view it.

Although the Panasonic Home Theater systems are great when they work properly. If your machine displays the "f61" error message, it's likely to be little more than a paper weight for the average person. The inner workings of the machine are rather complex to disassemble for diagnostics. And can take several hours to check all the components. The best advice I can give you is to sell the machine on e-bay as a broken item. If you offer shipping you can get more money for a complete system (speakers & all).

Replace traverse assembly.

A power source problem. Means there is voltage measured at the output/speaker cable connections. Indicates a failure of the amp., or faulty power supply to it.

Just re-check all of your connections, especially speakers. And that the power ac power source from the wall is wired correctly and has proper voltage and grounding.
