There is no internally programmed way to clear the memory.
The memory will hold 500 glucose readings.
When 500 readings are obtained it will erase 1 reading for every new reading.

Previously stored readings cannot be erased.

If is difficult to conceive why anyone would want to erase glucose level reading.

With other older glucometers some people have tried leaving the battery out for 24 hours and passing a strong magnet over the glucometer.

Because many physicians depend on the readings of their patientm's glucometers and they do not want the patient's manipulating the readings many glucometers do not allow
erasure.

I keep a running list of my glucose readings on the computer. If I would learn more about my meter it would be easier to know how to get a reading I forgot to put down on the computer. Your answer is good for me. Thank you.

I'm giving my old meter to my nephew who is just beginning to have some blood sugar issues. Is it really that "difficult", Stan, to imagine why "anyone would want to delete a test reading"??? I will listen to your comments naramore.

Agree with Marvin. REmove the battery for 2 or 3 minutes.
These are not complex data storage devices. I changed the battery on my own glucometer and the memory was wiped out. It's not the same brand but I know of no reason why it should be different.
Most likely you'll also have to reset the date and time.

How to clear memory on a truetrack glucose monitor

The manual does not mention clearing the data, only that it stores 365 results.
BUT this is not a complex data storing device. Here's how to clear memory:
1: Remove the battery.
2: Wait a couple minutes
3: Replace the battery.
4: Press the top button S to switch it off.
The memory will be cleared. You will need to reset the time and date, because that will also be cleared. The instructions to do that are in the manual.
