I searched but could not found an instruction book on the internet.

It stands for Error number 2. If it is not in your instruction book contact Cooks Essentials, if they are no help ask for who is your local service agent. They should surely be able to give you the correct info and an estimate as well.

When I select an option for my soup maker it comes up with E2. What does this mean please?

Mine is doing it as well and I don't know what it means. Does anyone else? Mine is a Cooks Professional.

I can't get the attachments to go on the immersion blender

You did not identify your specific model; however the manual typically has illustrated instructions on how to assemble.

How can i get another instruction book and recipe book. I lost both of them in a move.

It's easy! Just search for Bamix Immersion Handheld Blender under google shopping lowest price there are many avail. Also you could try contacting the company. Or you can do a search for the manual online, I looked and didn't see it, but I'm sure it's online somewhere! Alternatively you can steal them out of a box in a store. Good Luck!

I just received an 8 Qt Cook's Essentials pressure cooker and the top handle has a chip out of it and the bottom part of the handle is completely broken off..Can I order these? What do I do? Thx Pat...

Hi, cauliflour is not compact no water mix, I have suggestion , cut it 1/2" long make it fine put in blender mix w/small amount of water then start. shut off mix with wooden mixer and start again then okey.
