No worries. First, lets stop Facebook from importing to your personal Facebook (FB) page. Open your personal FB page, click 'Edit Page'. Under Applications, you should be able to notice 'Notes'. Click 'Edit' right below 'Notes'. Under Notes settings, click 'Edit import settings' and choose 'stop importing'.
Now, open your Business FB page, click Edit, under 'Notes' click 'edit'. Click 'Import a blog' and enter your WordPress blog's URL/Feed.

I don't really have a problem with loading the page. Yes the loading time is about 2.5 seconds but it's only expected with the type of website you're hosting on wordpress

SOURCE: I have Windows 7 and
can you tell me what website is it that you are trying to log on to?
And check if any other internet based applications are working, like try logging into your e-mail account or facebook etc and check if you'd be able to log in. If you are then it means that your computer is working right it could be that the server you are trying to log on to is down or it could it be under maintainance or if the credentials you are putting in cannot be recognized by the server.
The things you can try doing just for the sake of troubleshooting is to reinstall wordpress if you have the cd and if that still does not work if you can contact the people who maintains the server or the technical support of the blog site you are trying to log on to and have them check if the system still has your credentials would be a good idea so you'd know if you would have to re-register or maybe they can manually give you the information.
Hope this helps!

My best suggestion is call the newspaper that you were blogging to and ask them if there's a problem with the web site. Other than that, make sure your virus protection is completely and totally up to date. A lot of major newspaper companies have viruses attached to their web sites (that they don't know about) so make sure you have your spyware and anti virus protection completely updated.
