Question about Cell Phones
Some bluetooth devices are not compatible with some phone blue tooth works like 1.0 2.0 3.0 and 4.0 some phones that were made say 10 years back are 1.0 to 2.0 or even accept 3.0, if you have an iphone 4-4s 3.0 is only one you can use. android can read any bluetooth but with limitations on some hand shakes. but will update to make compatible, thats why asks for a restart or works better after the phone has been turnd off then on. some times the blutooth signal is not sending from the device. a bluetooth detector app or softwear for a pc can tell you if the signal is being sent and what format its in.
