1. Disable GOOGLE'S 'multiple sign in' feature

2. Change GOOGLE password AND YouTube password to the SAME password

3. LINK Google and YouTube accounts together

4. SIGNIN to YouTube with the ORIGINAL (very first) username I created for my GOOGLE account.

Use the same computer in which your sign-ins are failing and go to this Google link:

Enter your Google account name and password then enter the Capcha code to continue.
Once you have successfully followed these steps, you should be signed in and ready to proceed into your Google accounts.
