SOURCE: I have Royal Sovereign ARP-1000ES Portable Air

It is supposed to shut off when the room meets the temperature you set it for. Are you saying it shuts off before the room cools to the temp you set it for?
What do you mean "..last a few days...?" Is it new only a few days and then break?

My product royal sovereign arp-4012h is flooding my floor it needs to be drained... the manual says when product gets fiull of water drain plug what plug & how do i get to itt were is it located.. i...

The water drain plug is located on the rear. On the bottom left edge next to the cord keeper. You'll need a pan that will fit under the drain hole, before you unscrew the drain plug. Which has a plastic handle.

Hope this helped you. Please let me know. Thanks
