I have a panasonic sa-vk550 sterio system but in display f61 msg. How to fix it?

Hi, i had the same problem with a panasonic player, when you see the code F61 in the screen it is because the audio output IC is defective,change that and the set will work perfectly. hope it work.

If the model has a fan fitted (may have 2) that be your problem faulty fan

First re solder any dry joints on Transistors Q502, 504, 507, 515 & CN500, IC501. If there are no dry joins replace IC501 (STK470-0??) & maybe D501 (16.V) zener
