Record player doesn't move when I pick up the needle but it sounds like the motor starts. I hear a clicking noise when I move the needle to the record. Model ITRR-501

You can use a small screwdriver to remove the C clip in the center of the platter. Then remove the platter and reinstall the belt. It can be a little tricky to get the belt back on. If that fixes the problem, then I would look online and order a new belt as yours may have stretched out and will keep falling off. Here is a link to purchase the belt if needed.

NO SOUND

This is almost for sure just a connection that came out when moving or during shipping. Pull the back, off and look for some wires just hanging. Most likely it is an input.

ITRR-501 NO SOUND DIAGNOSE

I was asked to further clarify problem, but not much to add when there is absolutly no sound it is called silence from the speakers when unit is plugged in, turned on (sounds like speakers engage) one of the five choices is chosen to listen to and no sound comes forth to hear. How can I get inside the unit and check to see the speaker connections?

NEED operators manual for ITRR-501 retro 5 in 1. lost mamual. NEED TO KNOW how to record to CD Disc. Also will it record fro records to disc and record cassett to disk. PLEASE SEND me a manual. OR a zerox...

The unit will record to CD from the turntable, cassette or the AUX port. Place a blank CD-R or CD-RW in the CD tray. (Note: CD-RW discs may not play on other CD players.) Press the Phono, Tape or Aux button to select your audio source for recording. (For Aux, you will need to connect the source device to the AUX port in the back of the ITRR-501.) Wait for the CD disc to load and check for any indicator lights (you should see the "NO TOC" and "CD" or "CD-RW" lights lit). Select your Track increment (or Auto Manual for unattended track formation).Press Record button and the up arrow to adjust the recording level.

If you are recording from an LP, put the tone arm down on the record. For all sources, press Play. Press Stop to end recording or Pause to temporarily break the recording. Press the Track Increment button to advance the track number if you are doing so.

To finalize your CD-R to make it readable on all players: after stopping the recording, press the Finalize button.

The manuals for Innovative Technology products are available here: http://www.ithomeproducts.com/support . The products are listed in alphabetical order. The direct link to the ITRR-501 manual in English is http://www.ithomeproducts.com/sites/default/files/pdf/ITRR-501.pdf .

I hope this helps.

DVD/CD door stuck on Bose 3 2 1

On the 321 systems turn off the power and unplug the power cord from the bass module. Wait 5 minutes and plug it back in. Then, simply hit the "stop/eject" button on the media center itself (do not turn it on first)..this should release the tray unless there is a mechanical failure inside the tray mechanism itself.

Thanks to Matthew O;Neil for the the tip,...Italo

On a Lifestyle system with a tray that won't open, try this: Turn off the power to the system and unplug the power cord to the back of the media center itself. Wait 5 minutes and plug it back in. Then, simply hit the "open/close" button on the media center itself (do not turn it on first)..this should release the tray unless there is a mechanical failure inside the tray mechanism itself.

If this does not work, then call Bose when you are home with the system at 800-367-4008.

I have also had the sticking CD Tray problem with my Stanton. I disconnected the until and unplugged the separate read out control panel. I was going to strip it down, but when I plugged the power supply on it worked fine again!!!!. I wwill reconnect and see what happens!!
