High Point Microwave EM925 AQR

Take it to a dealer for repair. They are too dangerous to work on. They are fitted with security screws. There is a step up transformer and capacitor in there with 120,000 volts stored in it waiting for you to get within an inch of it. The Magnetron core is a poisonous heavy metal and stray microwaves will blind you in about 6 seconds. It is a nice appliance and worth repairing properly.

High Pointe Microwave EM925AQR Power Issue

The High Pointe EM925AQR microwave oven has been having power issues. The oven will turn on, but the power will go out after a few minutes. This problem has been going on for about a month now, and we have not been able to find a solution. We have tried different outlets, different cords, and even different microwaves, but nothing has worked. We are not sure what is causing the power issue, but we would like to find a solution soon.

Can you let me know the connection digram of transformer to capacitor with high voltage fuse in a microwave. Make is sharp

Since you posted this under R-1210 / R-1211 / R-1214, I can point you to the service manuals that cover those models here:

http://www.microwavedisplay.com/r1200_r1201_sm.pdf
http://www.microwavedisplay.com/r1210_r1211_sm.pdf

Those models don't have high voltage fuses, but the connection of a high voltage transformer to the capacitor is almost always the same, so they may help you.

The high voltage lead of the HV transformer connects to one side of the capacitor. Unless there's a fuse inline, nothing else is connected to this point. The other side of the capacitor is connected to the anode (non-stripe side) of the high voltage rectifier diode, and to the FA terminal of the magnetron.

If you still need help, feel free to contact me with your full model number.

We're happy to help you with free advice and we'd appreciate your thoughtful rating of our answer.

High Point Microwave has no functions

I actually got ahold of the pretty much non-existent microwave division of the manufacturer called Pelonis USA, Ltd. Now if you google this company you will only find service and warrany for their heater division. The actual service number for the microwave division is a personal cell number. As stated by a tech this is a fuse issue so (get this) they only warranty the gears not the fuses. BUT it gets a little better. Through the coach's purchasing dealer you can get a replacement. This company will work through the dealers. Call the heater division's service number at 866-876-4332 (located in Grand Prairie, TX) and ask for Shalom in the microwave division. You will be given a personal cell phone number w/ area code starting in 415 or an office number with area code 847.
