We have bought a home with a stylus bath spa in it and wondered how best to clean it after a few years of apparent non use. What to use, how much & how often.

The main problem is body oil and grease
there are many cleaners that will remove that and a product like Gumption will remove and white scale around the bath at water level
spa baths should be cleaned very regularly as they harbor a large number of germs form the bodies that use them
In fact medical professionals around the world are against spa baths in hotels as they are seldom cleaned properly thus transfereing many diseases

SOURCE: Hello, how I remove the water from my whirlpool

hook up a garden hose to a faucet. Put the other end in your spa. Then turn on the faucetuntil water comes out the spa end of hose. Make sure the end in the spa is weighted down so it doesn't come out. Then remove the hose from the faucet and keeping it lower than the spa lay the hose where it can drain with causing problems. The water will flow on its own draining the spa. You may want to clean it while its draing so the dirty water will be diluted and drain at thhe same time. Make sure the water is not drained out around any electrical AND!!! NO DIVING!!!! If you lose the prime, just fill the hose again with the faucet. Good luck

SOURCE: How do you remove the filter cover on stylus spa

It is not a filter cover but a suction line cover. If there are no screw heads showing on the front of the cover it will either screw on or snap on. Be careful when you pry as they are fragile and can crack or break, take your time.

How to clean a whirlpool bath tub

There are three main things to tackle when cleaning a hot tub or whirlpool bath. Those things are:

1. Bacteria
2. Grease
3. Grime and dirt

To address all three of these issues you'll likely need separate products. There are liquid versions of the degreaser and cleaner, and there are tablet versions for sanitizing.

Simply fill up the whirlpool bath with warm water, put the cleaning liquid in the cleaning outlet (or if you don't have this, just pour it into the bath). Put the tablet in the bath and then just run it.

This should do the job.

I have a fairly large Hot Springs spa with 5 reusable filters. I keep it pretty clean but was considering adding something to help keep oils under control. I see several alternatives on the market:

the oil is from the body and will be impossible to control. any additive you use may cause irritation to the users. Spa baths are very bad for spreading disease ( hotels with spas have to empty and clean the spa after every person staying there by law)

they can be cleaned in home use by using a detergent on a rag and cleaning around the water line. there are reusable filters on the market that you can clean in detergent and rinse out to save the cost of filters.

I want to clean the jets in my tub they look mouldy

Cleaning your Tub
There are several options for cleaning the piping on a jetted bathtub.
The reason you have a residue on the bathtub surface when you are done bathing is because there is bacteria built up in the plumbing of the jetted tub. In order to remove that and reduce the amount of "yucky stuff" coming into the tub when using it, we recommend a regular usage of a jet cleaning product about once every couple of months
Here is a link at the bottom to the cleaning products I can find right now. There may be others out there that I am not aware of but I do know these products work well in all jetted bathtubs.

I am looking to replace my left hand bath panel on my beresford shower bath 1700mm white and can not find one can you help

Bath Panels can be very difficult to locate. If the Mfg of your bathtub does not have them available the best solution is to go to Home Depot or Lowes and look in their bath section for a generic panel you can trim to fit.
You may need to change both panels so they match.

Hello, a few months ago I installed a jacuzzi tub with a Rapid Heat heater. I'd like to clean the tub either by the bleach/detergent method or the granule cleaning packet method. My question is should I...

Any recommended (see the tub instructions) cleaning product should be fine in the heater -- and the higher temperature of the "cleaning solution" should enhance the process. Just be sure to flush the tub's entire system with clean water before you bathe in it again!

For replacement parts your best bet is to you use the on-line dealer locator:

or you can shop on-line from one of their authorized retailers; however did not see any of the parts you are looking for at the sites I checked:

Hello, I have an Epson Stylus sx600fw.I've used a different black ink and it didn't work so I've bought the right ink,the one advised by Epson ( T 0711) but it still doesn't work.It prints absolutely...

I had exactly the same problem.... so gave "theprintheadhospital" a go.... worked first time!! You can find him on ebay - easy to deal with too. mine now working fine, I have ordered more cleaning fluid to clean it as soon as it does it again. (apparently does it more with non-genuine inks). EASY to do, just attach a tube with syringe of cleaning fluid. No guarantee it wont break it - but mine worked fine. And, it was no fix, free refund when I bought mine
