My ps3 system has been acting funny lately. Randomly signing me out of PSN and freezing the screen. Wasnt sure if that was because I hadnt gotten something from using the internet browser and possibly caught a virus. The other possibility I guess would be because its wireless. Can you give me your thoughts?

I cant log in on psn

Farisabdallah, I'm assuming you do not have a current PlayStation Network (PSN) account. There are a few things you will need before you can sign up for a psn account. First, make sure you have a valid email account. It doesn't matter who with; (Google, yahoo, msn, etc.) then you can start a new account right from the PS3 system, but it sounds like you want to start a new account from psn directly, so I will give you a link for that site. There will be a tab that will ask for you to log in, or sign up. You will still need a valid email address to complete this process. After you have successfully signed up, then simply put that information into your PS3 system and you should be all set. ^^ Keep in mind also, that the PSN is regional, and the link I give you is for U.S. only and you may need to find the correct one for your region. Good luck, and I hope this helps.

Lately from yesterday when i sign in it shows me message an error has accured u have been signed out of psn (80710092) why?? and i should do? thx

This means you've been signed out of the playstation network. A problem with your broadband, not your PS3. Check the connection of the ethernet cable from your router to the ps3. Then switch off at the mains both your ps3 and your router. Leave for 30 seconds then turn both back on. Wait till the blue lights on your router are all steady blue not flashing red or orange. Then turn on your PS3, go to network settings, then internet connection test. This will check your internet connection, and whether or not you're signed in to PSN, and also your internet download/upload speed.
Hope this helps.

When i am using my PS3 i can put a game in whilst off of the PSN and it will work however as soon as i sign into the PSN to go on a game online or perfomr the updates it crashes out and goes to a blank...

You can try resetting all your network settings on the system itself including your PSN sign in info. After clearing it all out and resetting the settings you should be able to relink your PSN account to the system and sign in. There could be some corrupt cache or update files in the system as well so you may have to do a system restore to defaults if the first method is a fail.
Good Luck and Happy Gaming!

My new PS3 Call of Duty black Ops game is freezing when I try to play online. I cannot get it to load at all.

I've read that deleting the files for the game and/or signing out of PSN helps (I haven't tried either, but I can't get past the title screen and cutscenes without my PS3 freezing)

Cant connect to psn. But i can to internet. :(

One reason this may be happening is having the media sharing option on. Some routers can't handle all the requests the ps3 sends while having this option on. You're using a wireless connection right?

I can play offline but evertime im playing and hit the ps button my ps3 freezes and i have to turn it off and back on. if im already signed in to psn and try and load a game while signed in it freezes

it sounds like your internet connection is lagging very badly if it freezes on hitting the home button if you can try to move your ps3 closer to your network wireless router.
