The Spy Net Watch was produced at least as early as 2010. Its software struggles with Windows 10 compatibility. You might try attaching the cable to a system which has Windows 7 and see what happens. My daughter had one and put the battery in the wrong way round and it died unfortunatly have not yet tried to get it going as tesco had a 5 meg cam for £20.00 so got that insted + better free progs on the net to play with pictures than the disney stuff. Sorry to be Blunt but some things have to be asigned to the bin
