My Lamona HJA7020 microwave has a lock and timer symbol on the screen and I can't get rid of them. Tried holding stop/cancel button down for 3 secs as it says in the manual you should do to cancel child lock but it's not working. Any ideas anyone ?

Unplug the microwave for a few minutes, plug back in, set clock, open and close door. Make sure time displayed is correct,
Those are solutions to several problems, and I don.t know which one you have.

time has been set, otherwise, the LED will display "Left brack equal equal sign right bracket "



Lock quitting: In locked state, press " Stop/Clear" for 3 seconds, there will be a long "beep" denoting that the lock is released.


If necessary, call the Lamona Service Line on 0845 00 60 00 and ask for assistance.

The symbol at the top left hand side of your display could be child lock symbol or vent symbol. If it is the child lock you should be able to press and hold the stop/cancel button down for 3 seconds to release the child lock.

If the light is on for the vent I would seek assistance from a professional for proper diagnosis and repair to be completed on your microwave. I hope this is helpful. -Matt

How do I cancel the child lock on my microwave
Look for some button that has some teeny-tiny print beneath it that says something like "Lock - hold for 3 sec". Press and hold that button for 3 or more seconds, and your microwave should function normally.

Forgot my childproof code now i cant use my microwave how can i get a new one
Many microwave CHILD LOCK features are activated / disabled by repeatedly pressing one of the function buttons or by holding it down for about 5 seconds.

Try pressing the STOP / CANCEL button 3 or 4 times in a row to see if you can the CHILD LOCK off.

If that doesn't work, also try holding down that button down for 5 seconds.

Try these same two procedures on some of the other buttons as well like the TIMER button, or the START button, or the CLOCK button.

Your best bet however would be to include the brand and model number with your question next time and then we will be able to locate the exact instructions for you.

I have a KEB F4 INVERTER with an E. OL Error. I have had the inverter serviced and tested and all is good. Some parts were replaced Is there a method of re attaching the inverter to the cnc machine ?
