SOURCE: when i make my waffles the bottom browns nicely

The heating coil on the top is in need of checking. Some of the cookers have an incorrect coil installed. Check it with an ohm meter to determine if they match. Unmatched coils heat differently.

SOURCE: Feasibility to start an Ostrich farming. How much capital to invest. what are Cons and pros of Ostrich farming.

Firstly check the marketplace for Ostrich. If you find people who want Ostrich ask them what they are willing to pay for it.
I suggest do a "reverse search" and go around asking what people want and then start a ranch for that.

Testimonial: "There is a boosting market potential for ostriches."

Why are spider plant leaves turning yellow & browning on tips of leaves

Yellowing leaves and browned tips, although I am not an expert, seem often to indicate over watering but it is reckoned impossible to over water a spider plant due to the origins of the plant which is a sort of a tropical grass used to warm humid conditions of indirect light..
Perhaps it is being under-watered or positioned in direct light. Water it well each time but allow the soil to dry out between waterings and feed occasionally in the growing season. Misting the leaves might help...

My Scarlet pimpernel Dipladenia sanderil some of the leaves have big brown stains in the middle of the leaves why is that

hi Yvonneduchen.
Blooming mandevillas need moist soil that drains well enough to prevent standing water. Too much water can choke the roots so they don't feed the plant adequately. This can cause the leaves to turn yellow. Conversely, too little water can be deadly, starting with yellow leaves that turn brown and drop off the plant.

What are non-toxic plants for cats?

The answer depends upon where you live, but generally that list is a VERY long list - it's easier to try the opposite direction and ask which plants are TOXIC to cats; that list is much smaller.

First, all plants are toxic to cats, humans, horses, etc... if given in too high a dose. The rest of this answer assumes ordinary exposure.

Most food plants are mostly non-toxic to cats, but onions and garlic and similar plants can be highly toxic to them. Most beans are non-toxic to cats, but chocolate beans and coffee beans can be toxic to them.

Most grasses and grains are non-toxic to cats.

But... some cats may show allergic reactions to unexpected plants, so never assume that anything is absolutely non-toxic to all cats - just as you can't assume that anything is absolutely non-toxic to all humans. Some cats may also have a metabolic quirk that renders them unusually sensitive to certain plants not ordinarily considered to be toxic to cats.

In short... since I assume that you're asking about a particular cat, probably one kept indoors, and you want to know what houseplants are safe to keep in the house... try to put together a list of plants YOU would like to have, then search for information on whether each plant on your list is considered to be TOXIC to cats, and cross it off the list if it is. When you've eliminated all the plants from your list that're known to be toxic, try the rest with your cat. If your cat doesn't deveop a health problem, you're probably OK.
